Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week calls for Hats. I’ve stretched the topic somewhat by including some other kinds of headgear.
Most people were wearing some kind of headgear at Snowbird, both at the top of Hidden Peak and down below at Octoberfest, either out of necessity or just for fun.
A very different kind of headwear on display at the Maritime Museum in Door County, Wisconsin.
Elgin History Museum has a splendid exhibition of Native American costumes used in the long-running annual Hiawatha Pageant.
